    QA Technicians - JHB

    Key Responsibilities:

    Quality Control Expertise:

    • 6-10 years experience within the same or similar industry.

    Relevant qualification

    • Conduct rigorous quality control testing on manufactured products, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
    • Participate actively in quality operations related to new product launches, including the validation of defect panoplies and control systems for production processes.

    Continuous Improvement Champion:

    • Analyze quality dashboards to identify trends and potential areas for improvement within our manufacturing processes.
    • Lead and collaborate on action plans to address identified quality issues, working effectively with factory teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance existing processes, packaging, and quality systems, adapting to evolving industry standards and embracing new technologies.

    Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

    • Coordinate and deliver quality training programs, ensuring new team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain our high standards.
    • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the quality team, sharing best practices and fostering open communication.
