Overseeing laboratory to ensure adherence to iso 9001 and continuous Improvement.
Ensure efficient service of the laboratory to production.
Investigate and report any deviation on results obtained and conduct problem solving.
Manage plant trials for the site.
You will also be required to perform additional functions or work in other areas as required by the Process Technologist, Process Engineer provided it is a safe and reasonable request.

The ideal candidate must have a National Diploma in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. With 2-3 years within Laboratory environment, WCM experience for internal applicants. This role calls for a person who is good at communication, and project management experience will be advantageous.

The role’s objective is to assist the QPC Team in development and improvement of Quality control and process improvements using the tools within the FI & Q&PC Pillars linking through to step Zero of WCM (World Class manufacturing). Your primary objective will be to assist the QPC by supporting roll out of QPC activities and quality & process improvements at site. To undertake these tasks in an efficient safe manner meeting with H&S legislation, company policy and Managers rules.
