- The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialized discipline in the field of study.
PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

- Operational Excellence
- Project Management
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
- BTech: Civil or BSc/BEng: Metallurgy
- Candidate Engineer with ECSA will be an added advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- Medically Fit
- Unemployed
- Drivers License
- Candidate must not have been on a similar Graduate Programme previously.
SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn
- Computer literacy
- Attention to detail
