Job Description

• The Quality and Insights Consultant will form part of the Quality and Insights business area. Responsible for understanding all quality requirements for the business and adherence to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources to audit and analyse. Supporting and maintaining the standards that provide guidance and tools for the business to ensure our products and services consistently meet our customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.

KEY OUTCOMES

• Conducting business audits within specified time frames
• Compile quality and insight reporting and insights
• Assess and Manage results ensuring that efficient corrective and preventative action plans are maintained
• Attend relevant business meetings to support the business and identify opportunities to improve
• Monitor quality standards and support the business
• Support and monitor knowledge and development models
• Drive and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

PERSON DETAILS: WORK EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED

• 1-3 years of Internal audit experience

PREFERRED

• ISO knowledge and experience
• Health industry

EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY
REQUIRED

• Matric
• Relevant diploma or degree qualification

PREFERRED

• ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Transition Training
• Certified Quality Auditor
• Quality Management Training

TECHNICAL SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE
REQUIRED

• Root cause analysis
• Technical proficiency with an affinity to acquire new knowledge
• Ability to analyse data and create and review processes
• Excellent communication skills
• A desire to help others achieve their best, detail orientated

PREFERRED

• Lean six sigma
• Sparx Enterprise Architect
