Quality and Safety Systems Administrator at AFGRI Equipment

Implement, facilitate and maintain integrated systems on-site.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

• Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Health and Safety.
• Quality or Food Safety is an advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3 years experience in Food/Feed Manufacturing is an advantage

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Prepare for and participate in external audits.
• Conduct or participate and perform assessments of audits and surveys.
• Manage continuous improvement objectives.
• Maintain OHSE Incident Management System: CPAs, Continuous Improvement Objectives and Investigation Records. Ensure Root Cause is done correctly and the corrective and preventative actions are taken where required.
• Maintain OHSE Management System (electronic and hard copies), coordinate all function with the appointed personnel (e.g., Contractor control, legal inspections, meetings, trainings, risk assessments, fire defense, security controls, emergency preparedness, and PPE management and control).
• Timeously OHSE reporting to Risk Management
