Quality Assurance Reviewer at Santam Insurance

The successful incumbent will be required to plan, perform and report on quality assurance reviews on all portfolio administration business.
The scope includes the verification and testing of the business partner's internal and application controls against their underwriting and/or claims mandate and basic finance administration functions.
 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric or equivalent Qualification
•  Internal Auditing Diploma or relevant Degree Essential
• Exposure to Internal Audit and/or Quality Assurance environment 
• Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•  Relevant System knowledge - Persetel 
• Exposure to a Quality Assurance environment and Internal Audit Technical underwriting and claims experience 
• Valid driver’s licence
