Quality Assurance Technologist - Ambient at RCL Foods

Minimum Requirements    

• A 3-year qualification in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Consumer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an FMCG/food processing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of QA systems TQM Knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Process and Product Quality assurance and control
• Ensure processing parameters are adhered to, raise NCR for any deviations noted and ensure close off.
• Investigate customer complaints and compile report and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Participation on the product development trials, ensure parameters are recorded and shelf-life evaluation is conducted.
• Manage departmental GMP practices

External Audit

• Presenting and managing external audits
• Compiling and driving action plan on external audit NCR
• Ensure that external audit NCRs are addressed and closed out
• Also close it out on the FPI system
• Ensure NCRs are logged on the  CAR system and closed out
