- Sampled raw materials, packaging and finished products
- Verified and maintained laboratory equipment
- Prepared laboratory standards and reagents
- Tested routine raw materials, packaging and finished products
- Released product batches post blending process
- Performed online QA/QC checks
- Conducted packaging integrity checks
- Raised non-conformance and actioned results out of specification
- Analysed and computed data and recorded information
- Applied laboratory hygiene and safety procedures
- Participated in proficiency testing
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- National Diploma Food Technology/Biotechnology
- 1.5 - 2 years relevant experience
