Quality Lead at MA Automotive Tool & Die (Pty) Ltd

Primary purpose of the job:

• Effectively, develop, implement and maintain quality systems to ensure capable processes that parts produce according to customer requirements.

 Key Performance Areas:

• Manage performance of subordinates.
• Maintain quality systems according to ISO & OEM system requirements.
• Ensure that all customer requirements for the plant are met
• Continuous improvement of product quality and systems by analysing performance and implement corrective action when required
• Assist the Quality Manager to establish and maintain Quality Department budget.
• Manage Plant Customer Requests / Complaints
• Manage Plant Quality performance indicators.
• Facilitate problem solving in the plant
