Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management & Control: Oversee and manage construction costs to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Project Estimation & Budgeting: Provide accurate project estimates, helping to define project budgets and financials.
• Analytical Skills: Analyze costs, track spending, and assess the financial health of projects.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy when reviewing budgets, estimates, and other construction documents.
• Mathematical & Problem-Solving Skills: Solve complex mathematical issues relating to cost estimates and budgeting.
• Construction Cost Estimating Software: Utilize industry-standard estimating software for accurate and efficient cost management.
• Construction Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest practices, materials, and technologies in the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, particularly within the construction field.
• Strong knowledge of cost management and project estimation.
• Proficient in construction cost estimating software.
• Excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices and materials.
