Description
- This role is responsible to protect the company`s reputational contractual and commercial interests whilst lowering project costs bases and increasing the revenue stream.
Requirements

Academic Qualification
- Quantity Surveying Tertiary Degree / Diploma
Years of Experience
- 7 Years or more as a QS
Professional Registration and Statutory appointment - Nice to have
- ASAQS /MBA
- SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Professionals
Key Relationships
- Clients
- Contracts Manager
- Internal Support Departments
- Sub-contractors / SMME's
Role Specific Demands
- Travel to and from site
- Work away from home
- Heavy workload and long hours
