Job Description:

• Looking for a Radiographer who’s able to take good quality chest x-rays:

Clinical duties

• Hands-on: Real-time problem-solving, as a sequence of steps.
• Emphasis is on completion of concrete tasks with rules and guidelines for completing the work

• Planning and organizing
• Clinical Feedback Reports
• Managing the timely maintenance and annual servicing of x-ray machines
• Managing all the legal certificates related to the x-ray machine
• Keeping statistics and have daily and monthly reports

This role is on a band 7 and reports to the Senior Occupational Medical Practitioner (OMP).

Qualifications:

• Radiology Degree
• Registered at the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa) as a Radiographer (compulsory)

Experience:

• 5 years’ or more radiology experience
• Will require a driver’s license and must have own transport
• Punctuality
• Machine maintenance
• Will be required to work after hours as per operational requirements
