Job Description
- Chainsaw Operator (Grade 03)
- Grounds and Gardens
- The Grounds and Gardens department invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.
Main Objectives
- To provide pruning and related services to the University so as to ensure an Aesthetically pleasing, well maintained campus, while complying with vison and mission of Grounds and Gardens. To remove all Alien species from campus and outlying areas over which the University has jurisdiction.
The Requirements

Grade 10 or equivalent and at least 6 months relevant experience where such experience includes: -
- Previous pruning or gardening experience
- Practical knowledge of pruning machines
- Practical knowledge of heavy-duty brush cutter
