Job Description    

• Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. CCBA is a market leader in the NARTD (non-alcoholic ready tdrink market) in Africa. CCBA has an extensive footprint in Africa, employing over 13 000 employees.

Key Duties & Responsibilities   

• Timeous and orderly execution of proforma invoices
• Including all SAP transactions and file administration.
• Timeous and orderly execution of export orders
• Including all SAP transactions and file administration.
• Track and ensure end – tend execution of each order.
• Open and close file for each order.
• Book production and inventory at respective plants.
• Manage Freight Forwarding, including shipping and road transport.
• Manage payments and related documentation.
• Run & compile all required reports for operational management and month end closure.

Judgement and decision making:

• Daily decision making as per Key Outputs & Accountability

Skills, Experience & Education    Qualifications:

• Export Distribution or Freight Forwarding Training
• Advantageous – National Diploma

Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience as Export Controller
