Receptionist - JHB at Motus Aftermarket Parts

MAP Retail is searching for a Receptionist to join the team in Jet Park Alert. The successful candidate will need to be honest, reliable and comfortable handling cash. Successful candidate to report to respective manager of department.

Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;

• Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and maintaining a response rate swiftly in accordance with agreed Aftermarket Solutions standards
• Providing information and assistance to callers
• Taking and relaying messages to relevant parties
• Correcting and updating the electronic directory
• Relief cashier  
• Being aware of and reporting suspicious activity
• Receiving of COD cash from drivers
• Handing over and balancing COD cash
• Assisting COD Clerk with customers

• Previous experience – essential
• Have admin experience
• Organised , accurate and professional
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be a quick learner

• Trustworthy

• Must be able to work under pressure
• Great telephone etiquette
• Good communication skills
• Clear ITC and Criminal record
