Receptionist - JHB North

Description
- As a Receptionist, you would be the initial point of contact for clients or persons contacting the Company telephonically or electronically.
Reception Duties
- Answering telephone and transfer calls
- Taking messages and relay to relevant person
- Receiving deliveries and make sure it goes to the correct person
- Assisting clients with information if and when required and/or directing them to relevant person/s
Office Administration
- Making sure invoices are signed and sent to accounts
- Assisting driver/generator operators with monthly claim sheets
- Assisting the Operations Manager with any ad hoc responsibilities as requested
- When required, greeting walk in clients and direct them to the person they are meeting
Requirements

Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate
- National Diploma in Office Management
Experience
- 2 years in Receptionist Area
- Technology Proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite - Basic
- Language Proficiency
- English - Advanced

- Accuracy/Attention to Detail
