Matric/Grade 12. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and must be multi-lingual. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Areas:
Handle and manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly. Manage the reception area.
Professionally respond to queries pertaining to the Department and its functions. Receive and guide them properly.
