Recruitment Administrator (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)
Conduct necessary pre-screening assessments and validation checks with candidates as per recruitment process and ensure checks are updated as they are processed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the recruitment database/ATS System
Assist with onboarding new hires and processing necessary paperwork including administration for specialist roles
Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted timeously to the respective department
Ensure that required stats are submitted to Recruitment Manager and HOD timeously
Technical Knowledge:
Grade 12 is essential, related qualification or certificate is an advantage
Must have a minimum of 12 months consecutive/current administrative experience gained within the Recruitment/HR Department
General knowledge on recruitment processes and profiling
Strong working experience on MS office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Reception experience is an advantage
Experience handling administration for bulk recruitment an advantage
Must be well presented and have excellent communications skills – Both written and verbal
