Expectations of the Role:

• Develop and maintain relationships with a selected group of clients.
• Keep in regular contact with existing, potential, and new clients to understand their needs.
• Proactively search for new clients and grow your database.
• Establish strong strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source candidates and fill shifts based on client requirements.
• Utilize networking and relationship-building skills to match candidates with suitable roles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile for clients and candidates.
• Work as part of a team and support colleagues to fill shifts and benefit the business.
• Record all activities on our bespoke software.
