• Source and screen candidates for specialist finance roles
• Manage job postings and keep our recruitment database sharp
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a world-class experience
• Work closely with Account Managers to deliver shortlists
• Learn advanced search strategies, outreach, and market mapping
