Recruitment for Learners with Disabilities (Learnership) 

• We have an exciting Learnership opportunity for candidates with existing Disabilities, to apply for in Durban

Duties & Responsibilities

If successful, the Learners will first embark on a Business Management Training and Entrepreneurship coaching course. Thereafter, after 3 months of initial training, they will continue onto a Higher Certificate in Business Management (120 credits). 

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric 
• School-leavers with no experience are welcome to apply! 
• Must not have attended a similar learnership, in the past 
• Applicants must be based in the Durban/KZN area 
• Applicants must be available for a 12-month period, starting January 2021. 
• Applicants must be able to travel to Musgrave (Durban) once a week, to attend classes 

Package & Remuneration

• For the first 3 months, there will be a stipend of R5 000 per month. 
• From month 4-12, the stipend will be R1 500 per month, which covers the cost of travel to attend classes for 1 day per week.
