To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Tigane Production Plant, to maintain the equipment according to the suppliers’ specifications and adhere to HACCP and OHSACT standards. To lead subordinates on breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and new projects.
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in Electrical, Mechanical or Ammonia refrigeration.
N2 mechanical or electrical engineering.
Category A or B refrigeration certified.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and repair Ammonia refrigeration plants.
Maintain and repair cold rooms.
Drive HACCP together with Refrigeration Technician.
Do machine start-up check lists.
Ensure safety equipment are in good and functional condition.
