Supreme Poultry is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our maintenance team. The purpose of this role is to perform skilled maintenance, installation, repair, and inspection work on complex refrigeration equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/N3
Refrigeration Trade Test
Category B refrigeration certified (Ammonia)
2 to 3 years relevant poultry abattoir experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and repair refrigeration plant.
Responsible for all refrigeration, chilled water and air issues on site.
Attend to refrigeration breakdowns.
Preventative maintenance schedules
Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends and night shifts.
