    Regional Capital Sales Manager

    • A regional strategic sales role, as part of the regional management team, is key in driving new market opportunities and supporting the retention and growth of aftermarket business within the region.
    • Located within FLS's Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves Business Line, this position serves the Sub-Saharan, Africa and Middle East and South Asia (SSAMESA) region. You will join a team of PCV experts dedicated to promoting, establishing, and expanding our product footprint across these markets.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for large greenfield and brownfield expansion projects.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with regional sales teams to promote pump products and services to all relevant customers, including EPCs and EPCMs.
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the region to drive business growth.
    • Leam the team and collaborate with product managers, proposals, and other FLS team members to develop and present competitive proposals.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Provide consultation on system design, support project start-ups, and ensure comprehensive aftermarket support.
    • Facilitate effective handovers to operational teams for seamless project execution.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

    Education and Experience:

    • A 3-year full time engineering qualification, BSC/similar or B-Eng in Engineering.
    • At least 12 years’ experience within the mining & mineral processing industry, preferably focused on products Pumps, Cyclones and Valves.
    • At least 8 years’ experience in sales into large-scale greenfield and brownfield expansion projects, on behalf of a multinational technology supplier.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in servicing on a regional leadership team.
