Regional Executive - South Africa at William Grant & Sons

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• You will need to ensure timely delivery of all information from distributors, on a monthly basis, and convert this into monthly reporting before feeding it back in to the regional William Grant and Sons teams.
• This will include working closely with our 2 distribution partners, the William Grant & Sons Customer Marketing Manager and the William Grant & Sons RTC & Activation Manager, to drive our RTC agenda forward and, with them, take responsibility for delivering the annual RTC plan.You will be a key point of contact for the Regional RTC team and will take responsibility for submitting the required monthly reports.
• It will also include completing monthly reports for Finance such a depletion trackers and inputs into the business planning meeting.
• Together with the local marketing team, you will be responsible for raising PO’s in relation to our Distribution Partners marketing spend, submitting invoices to Accounts Payable and conducting a quarterly spend audits.
