RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Preparing and presenting regional reports for senior management
• Mentoring employees and implementing training interventions
• Effective people management duties
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers
• Developing business marketing and advertising plans
• Planning and evaluating operations to be cost-effective
• Delivering into budgets
• Margin management
• Project management- agile and scrum
• Develop project plans and assign regional project personnel
• Establishing standard operating procedures
• Reporting and presentations 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Matric
• Relevant business management degree or diploma
• Minimum 5- 8 years management experience in FMCG/ Packaging industry
• Operational success and proven track record of implementing efficiencies delivering successfully into budgets
• Contributing to the overall success of the organisation and growing clients and revenue.
