• Reporting into the Operations Manager you will need to bring your proven experience, influence and enthusiasm so that you can actively develop and grow an Area Manager team and significantly add value to the performance of existing fast growing stores and have the energy and strategic leadership to manage numerous new store developments 
• This role calls for a conscientious, hard-working, detail orientated leader with the personality and vision to establish immediate credibility and impact in the region. 
• Reporting into the Operations Manager of Northern Gauteng you will need to bring your proven experience, influence and enthusiasm so that you can actively develop and grow an Area Manager team and significantly add value to the performance of existing fast growing stores and have the energy and strategic leadership to manage numerous new store developments 
• This role calls for a conscientious, hard-working, detail orientated leader with the personality and vision to establish immediate credibility and impact in the region.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualification/s: 

• Business related qualification, Diploma or Certificate (Tertiary) 

Experience / Knowledge: 

• As a senior leader, experience of 10 years or more Retail Operation management experience is essential. 
• Expert knowledge of retail operations is a distinct advantage. 
• Previous experience as an Area Manager 
• Retail strong business acumen
