    Regional Sales Manager -Gqeberha

    Why do we need you ?

    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to create a strategic blueprint, setting annual sales plans and budgets to achieve revenue targets in the region.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring sustainable growth and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Lead and develop the regional sales team, promoting a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Continuously gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors, to provide a cohesive service and product offering.
    • Negotiate and manage the trading agreement with the customers. Maintain optimal agreements and work to align larger agreements in line with optimal agreements
    • Plan and manage training of Customer staff (sales consultants/Contractor Desk staff/Kam’s) at our plants and offices – this is to increase product knowledge base and in turn help them to sell our products in store.
    • Work closely with the Product/Marketing Team and Trade Marketing to implement sales out activities for our customers (and therefore us), which is clearly measurable and demonstrates the value we are creating for our customers.
    • Create and develop a sales plan for the account in line with the channel strategy.

    Is this job for you ?

    • The ideal candidate should hold a BCom Degree or a related field. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a commercial role, including at least 3 years team management. Proficiency in SAP, QlikView, and CRM systems is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate must be commercially aware with broader understanding of economic drivers will set you apart. Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative /reporting skills. Understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate for commercial benefit will ensure success in this role
