With our Purpose in mind, McCain Foods SA is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Inland region, who will be responsible for leading a team of business development representatives to develop the McCain business through professional engagement with end users.
How will You add value.
Drive regional sales in volume and value.
Manage and develop customer relationships with distributors and end users.
Plan, direct and co-ordinate sales, for the region, by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
Drive the IO Route to Market Strategy,
Manage and Maintain Forecast for the Region
Assist with Innovation and New Product Implementation
About You.
Relevant Degree in the Commercial Field.
Five years proven sales experience in an FMCG environment with 3 – 5 years management experience.
In possession of a valid Drivers License
Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals.
Demonstrate strong negotiations skills.
Ability to build Strong Customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions.
Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
Consistently drive results even under tough circumstances.
