Regional Warranty Manager (Hyundai East Rand) at Hyundai Automotive South Africa

Job Description    

• The Regional Warranty Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the Company warranty policy is adhered to at all times. The Regional Warranty Manager will be a back up for all warranty clerks on leave.The successful candidate will be repsonsible for 5 dealer workshops.

Specific Role Responsibilities    

• Run all dealer reports
•  Age Analysis: ensure all claims are in approved status
•  Check for claims in 30, 60 and 90 days
•  Make sure all credits, debits and 0.00 balances are allocated off
•  Check PWA claims in progress
•  Check status of WIP
•  Ensure that warranty clerks dealer reports are done
•  Run approved statuses for the previous month
•  Do audit claims

Qualifications and Experience    

• Over 5 years exp in same or similar role

• Previous experience in same role
• Good Communication skills
