Registered Nurse NICU Trained (WMP Mrt26) at Lenmed Private Hospitals

Main Focus Areas

• A trained NICU Registered Nurse to be responsible for the total nursing care of the patients in their care.

Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

• Ensure that health care is provided to all patients according to company policies, procedures and standards.​
• Plan, organise and ensure control of all activities within the framework of the position and that staff adheres to the companies’ policies, procedures and standards.​
• Ensure that the administration of all relevant documentation is processed according to standard operational procedures.​
• Ensure that skills development plans are in place for staff and continuous training is provided according to the need.​
• Ensure that all quality standards and control measures are known and that it is adhered to.​
• To contribute actively to teamwork and ensure efficiency of the team on a continuous basis.​
• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

• Must have general nursing diploma or degree.​
• Must be registered with SANC.​
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience.​
• Must have a Neo Natal qualification.​
• Must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the unit.
