Grade 12 with MBChB or equivalent qualification that allows registration with HPCSA. Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Independent Medical Practitioner, FCS (SA) Intermediate examination.
Twelve (12) months experience in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) department will be an added an advantage. Ability to perform basic ENT procedures independently.
Duties :
The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering of clinical services. Patient management and full-time clinical service provision within the Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) department.
Ability to be part of a multidisciplinary team. Manage surgical patients in the outpatient department, intensive care unit and theatre. Teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Able to work under pressure.
