Regulatory and Quality Specialist -Food Science /Chemical Industry
Manage product regulatory compliance, registrations and quality-control processes, ensuring product safety, consistent quality and compliance across multiple markets.
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field
Experience in regulatory affairs, product registrations, renewals and compliance
Experience managing regulatory documentation and product registrations across multiple countries; African markets advantageous
Practical experience in quality control, laboratory testing and product specifications
Knowledge of non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Experience preparing technical documentation, registration dossiers and laboratory records
Understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards and laboratory procedures advantageous
Laboratory or QC team supervision experience advantageous
Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
