Manage release planning to ensure all products are delivered to DSPs on time.
Perform quality checks on metadata and assets before release.
Partner with A&R, Business Affairs and labels to meet release and pitching deadlines.
Maintain the digital release schedule and manage label expectations.
Register video releases with RiSA.
Support metadata delivery and catalogue distribution across DSPs.
Troubleshoot release and supply chain issues, coordinating with local and international teams.
Support continuous improvements and projects across digital and physical supply chains.
Liaise with manufacturing and print partners when required.
Produce reporting, investigations and project analysis using relevant systems.
Provide cover for the Operations Manager, including royalty reporting and release scheduling meetings.
Who You Are
Strong understanding of the music industry, release processes and artist development.
Knowledge of digital distribution, DSPs, metadata management and music delivery systems.
Experience with platforms such as iTunes Connect, Vevo Admin, Scatman or similar tools.
Understanding of physical product manufacturing and release processes.
Excellent project management, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills.
