Description

• Assess repair and maintenance contracts claims including issuing orders to the dealer network.
• Train the dealers on repair and maintenance contracts procedures and protocols.
• Handle queries and manage disputes related to claims.
• Analyse the trends to track progress of open and closed claims.
• Audit Warranty and RMC parts in the network to ensure adherence to the defined standards.
• Drive continuous improvement based on identified gaps and deviations to ensure portfolio stability.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Certified Diesel Technician and/or Auto Electrician and/or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Technical knowledge skills.
• Customer focused (Internal and External).
• People skills.
• Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
• Computer Literate Flexible, active and forward thinking.
• Knowledge of SAP (ESA)
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.

Experience:

• Must have workshop experience - 2 years.
• Must have experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - 4 years.
