    Team Leader (Cape Town)

    Description

    • Manage and drive productivity and efficiency to achieve set targets.
    • Responsible for the achievement of sold hours target.
    • Responsible for minimizing rectifications through continuous improvement of workmanship.
    • Responsible for planning and workshop loading.
    • Responsible for supervising and ensuring training of staff in the workshop.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
    • N3 with a trade test certificate as an Auto Electrician/Diesel Mechanic.

    Skills:

    • EC or EC1 drivers licence.

    Repairs & Maintenance Assessor (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Assess repair and maintenance contracts claims including issuing orders to the dealer network.
    • Train the dealers on repair and maintenance contracts procedures and protocols.
    • Handle queries and manage disputes related to claims.
    • Analyse the trends to track progress of open and closed claims.
    • Audit Warranty and RMC parts in the network to ensure adherence to the defined standards.
