Reporting Analyst at Anglo American

Job Description:
Your responsibility as the Reporting Analyst will include:

You will be required to:

• Monthly Service Performance Reporting – producing monthly reports for input into the Service Governance forums (including manual data received from delivery teams)
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on internal KPI performance
• Information and trend analysis including quality of service performance trend analysis monthly reports and service data analytics (data mining and presentation)
• Continuously educate and support service delivery teams with regards to service performance reporting
• Reports delivered on time for the service governance forums (2 days before the service forum is to take place)
• Quality of service performance dashboard aligned to SLA’s for each function as SLA KPIs are updated
• Specific opportunities identified for improvement and implement
• This role is in the Global Shared Services department at band level 7 reporting to the Performance Reporting Lead.

Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma level education in Analytics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
 Experience:

• 2-3 years’ experience within multiple source data extraction and reporting based on service governance processes
• Experience in participating in service governance processes (performance management, service level management, customer surveys, continuous improvement, etc.) within a shared services environment
• Knowledge and experience within employee services (HR & payroll) and Accounting is beneficial

Skills & competencies

• Strong analytical skills within validity and quality data reporting
• Ability to consider continuous improvement within reporting
• Numerate with ability to apply this within a broad range of data analytical techniques
• Location: This location base for this role is open to regions in which Anglo American Global Shared Services Operates.
