Research Technician: Crop Protection (Weed Science) (Potchefstroom)

Description
- Project Management & Coordination- responsible for assisting with technical projects primarily within the weed science section
- Research Support, Diagnostics and Other Services- responsible for providing technical assistance within weed science projects
- Technology Transfer- Responsible for conducting technology transfer initiatives in the institution
- Scientific Status Requirements- Responsible for assisting with scientific research endeavours
- Safety, health, and Environment- Responsible for assisting with safety, health and environment compliance and standards
- Responsible for Human Capital Development
Requirements
- 3 years National Diploma in Agriculture.
- 3 Years’ experience.
- Registration with relevant scientific registration body, will be advantageous.
- Valid EB driver’s licence.
- Proficient in operating a tractor.
