About the Role

• Seeking a highly organised Reservations Coordinator to manage bookings, supplier relationships, and guest communications, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking confirmation to arrival.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in reservations, hospitality, travel, operations, administration, or a coordination role.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, booking platforms, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
• Based in Cape Town.

Advantageous:

• Experience in luxury travel, tourism, holiday rentals, or hospitality.
• Supplier and guest management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, amendments, cancellations, and supplier confirmations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests after booking confirmation.
• Coordinate special requests, arrivals, and additional services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and booking records.
• Process invoices, monitor payments, and assist with reconciliations.
• Conduct post-stay follow-ups and manage guest feedback.
• Improve booking processes and maintain operational procedures.
