Residential Agent/External Sales Agent - PE at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Actively source and secure new clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain a strong understanding of property listings and industry regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
• Assist clients through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Stay up to date with the latest market trends and property values
• Handle administrative duties related to property sales and transactions

Requirements

• Matric certificate (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Professional, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
