Job Summary:

• Leading developer with a strong social responsibility presence is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to manage and run, 3,00 units of their fashionable and affordable residential units. With a 20-year track record in developing and investing in affordable housing and commercial property in the Johannesburg inner city, our client is expecting their management team to treat all buildings as their own and to take full accountability for their profitability. The 15 buildings under your management will need your attention to detail and the ability to juggle a number of balls at any given time. Training and developing the diverse staff under your management is key; ensuring that their duties are executed accurately and timeously. You will need to possess a Matric Qualification along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar portfolio and have strong financial reporting skills
