Resturant Junior Assistant Front of House at Tych Business Solutions

• We are looking for a motivated and energetic to join a dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will support the Senior FOH Manager in running smooth daily front of house operations and ensuring guests receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support FOH team members to ensure high service standards
• Make sure all food and beverages are presented according to company standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Handle guest queries and resolve service concerns quickly and professionally
• Manage daily reservations and ensure bookings are captured correctly
• Oversee daily cash-ups and ensure correct financial procedures are followed
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Monitor stock control and assist with daily stock counts and ordering
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and service excellence within the team

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Hospitality Diploma is an advantage)
• At least 1 year experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• High energy and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Basic POS and cash-handling experience
• Comfortable standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment
