Retail Environment Manager at Colgate-Palmolive

Scope

• The Retail Environment Manager is responsible for developing and managing channel strategy and the 5P tactics for each of their retail environments based on shopper and trade expertise. They work closely with both Consumer Marketing and Customer Management to develop strategies and tactics and execute against the category, brand, channel and account strategies. The Retail Environment Manager plays an integral role in enhancing demand through Colgate's customers in a specific channel and in a cost-effective way.

• Retail Environment & Trade expertise
• Go to Market & Channel Strategy
• Category Plans & 5Ps by Retail Environment (CP)
• Development of selling stories (NPD etc.)
• Communication to Customer Management (alignment of channel & customer plans)
• Budget & Business planning input
• GtN Management, ASP & mix management
• Promotion evaluation by channel
• Terms & Conditions implementation and management
• Leading shopper insight development and application by channel
• Assessment of CP and Category performance by channel, strategy definition and objective-setting
• Objective setting, activity coordination and spending
• Commercial management
   

Education

• B.A. Degree or alike
   

Level Of Experience

• Trade or In-market experience
• High level of Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven/Excellent communication skills (internal and external, all levels)
