The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing stock for customers while ensuring excellent service and maintaining a well-organised work area. This role suits a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders or retail requirements.
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit or handling.
Verify item quality, quantity, and condition before packing.
Label packages clearly with correct shipping and order information.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store and work areas, including shelves, counters, and displays.
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization as needed.
Collaborate effectively with warehouse and retail team members.
Report any discrepancies or issues with stock or orders promptly.
Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Matric/ Grade12.
1+ years work experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people.
Proficient with using tools required for this position.
