• Managed People Solutions is offering an exciting 12-month Retail Sales Learnership Programme with one of our clients in the health and wellness retail industry. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service and want to gain valuable retail experience while earning a nationally recognized qualification, this opportunity is for you!
• Programme Overview
• This is a Retail Sales Learnership Programme where learners will gain practical workplace experience while studying towards the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative (NQF Level 4).
• The programme combines structured learning with hands-on work experience, allowing you to develop valuable retail sales, customer service, and merchandising skills while earning a nationally recognized qualification. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will be awarded the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative (NQF Level 4).

Position Details

• Job Title: Retail Sales Intern
• Programme Duration: 12 Months
• Stipend: R3,500 per month

We are looking for candidates who live close to any of the following areas:

• Eastgate, Menlyn, Sandton, Vaal, East Rand, Maponya, Westgate, Mall of Africa, Centurion, Greenstone, Wonder Park, Soshanguve, The Glen, Fourways, Springs, Irene, Alberton, Benoni, and Wonderboom.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Intern, you will receive hands-on training and practical experience while working in a professional retail environment. You will learn how to:

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers in finding the right health and wellness products.
• Build strong product knowledge and confidently recommend suitable products.
• Develop professional sales and communication skills.
• Help achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Support daily store operations, stock management, and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Learn about retail performance, business operations, and customer engagement.
• Work alongside experienced mentors who will coach and support your growth throughout the programme.
