Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification in retail management preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in all aspects of day-to-day running and managing of a store specific to retail outlets
• MS Office suite and other ERP systems
• Prepared to work long hours
• Great customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Departments targets and profitability of all departments
• Manage Staff
• Manage Stock
• Manage targets
• Pricing and POS Systems
• Manage Promotions
• Ensure that strict Hygiene & Housekeeping standards are always maintained
• Ensure that Service Excellence is maintained at all times
• Open and close the store
