Managing staff, subcontractors, Team Leaders, Customer and any related parties to the project and Ensuring that the end-to-end Activities are completed within the project time frames. (Provide Project forecasting from T0)
Managing the Regional requirements over all projects
Manage High level project tracking on dedicated systems and offline tracking across all projects.
Knowledge of all project requirements through each department involved in the project work-flow
Risk management and resolution
Manage Internal and Customer Escalations until resolution
Manage Project acceptance compliance checks and sign offs.
Build and Maintain Relationships with the Regional Customer and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated involvement in MTN or Vodacom Wireless projects, with in-depth knowledge of procedures (planning, implementation, and acceptance).
Proven leadership experience, having managed teams of at least 10 members, with the ability to guide and mentor effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Results-driven and assertive, with strong project control capabilities to ensure team accountability and project success.
