Key Responsibilities:

• Managing staff, subcontractors, Team Leaders, Customer and any related parties to the project and Ensuring that the end-to-end Activities are completed within the project time frames. (Provide Project forecasting from T0)
• Managing the Regional requirements over all projects
• Manage High level project tracking on dedicated systems and offline tracking across all projects.
• Knowledge of all project requirements through each department involved in the project work-flow
• Risk management and resolution
• Manage Internal and Customer Escalations until resolution
• Manage Project acceptance compliance checks and sign offs.
• Build and Maintain Relationships with the Regional Customer and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including demonstrated involvement in MTN or Vodacom Wireless projects, with in-depth knowledge of procedures (planning, implementation, and acceptance).
• Proven leadership experience, having managed teams of at least 10 members, with the ability to guide and mentor effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven and assertive, with strong project control capabilities to ensure team accountability and project success.

Responsibility:

• Support Rollout Power related equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Solving the power problems during and after power equipment installation
• Responsible for Rollout site survey subcon training;
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and replacement personnel.
• Supervise technical activities, Follow up and guidance to all field team members to get the needful work done timely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1+ year working experiences of power related equipment installation
• At least 3 years trouble shooting experience
• Have valid wire man license and willingness for site work
• Fluent in English

Responsibility:

• Bearer Network engineer to work in engineering team for deployment of IP products, as well to provide technical support for customers' network.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP network and Network Communication Protocols (e.g. MC-LAG/ BGP/ OSPF/ L2VPN/ L3VPN/ MPLS/ Multicast, etc.)
• Experience on deployment of IPRAN and Datacenter network; Operation and Maintenance of IP networks
• Performance analysis of operating network, and technical data collection / summary;
• Communication with customers, relationship maintenance, coordination for the project progress;
• Technical support to pre-sales department, include bidding support for new projects, technical review, homologation, etc.
• Technical documents preparation in project implementation;
• Provide technical training to customers/subcontractors;
• Other technical tasks related.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in relevant fields, especially project experience in Bearer Network products deployment;
• Knowledge in TCP/IP network and Network Communication Protocols (e.g. BGP/OSPF/L2VPN/L3VPN/MPLS/Multicast, etc.);
• Experience on deployment of IPRAN network; Operation and Maintenance of IP networks;
• Experience on Analysis and Troubleshooting of IP networks;
• Experience with management systems and performance analysis;
• Responsible and proactive, good communication skills and team player.

Responsibility:

• Execute the integration and commissioning of ZTE 5G RAN equipment based on scripts
• Perform on-site software upgrades and license activation.
• Verify hardware installation quality (cable connections, power supply, GPS status) and coordinate with installation teams to fix issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Familiar with basic principles, network topology, and key processes of 5G wireless communication.
• Familiar with the 5G base station product equipment structure, hardware modules and interfaces, and site commissioning process of one of the mainstream equipment manufacturers (such as Huawei/ZTE/Ericsson, etc.)
• Be proficient in Linux commands.

Responsibility:

• Perform core network operation and maintenance, including fault analysis and issue resolution.
• Support 5G core network commissioning and delivery, as well as network expansion, upgrades, and related operations.
• Maintain daily communication with clients to address technical issues, complaints, and service requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of EPC/5GC architecture, service flows, and signaling.
• Hands-on experience in EPC/5GC project delivery and commercial launch, as well as network O&M and troubleshooting.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Manage virtualized platforms and ensuring infrastructure stability.
• Proficient in virtualization/NFV technologies; familiar with Linux and shell scripting.
• Understand virtualization cloud platform technology.
