SaaS Operations Analyst at Delta-v

About the role

In this role, you’ll be accelerating the growth of both Delta-v and our customers businesses. You’ll be responsible for running operational processes to improve the efficiency of our revenue organisation, managing sales tooling and automation, building reports and dashboards, optimising processes, and owning various ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
The following skills and experience are essential:

• University degree in Sciences, Engineering, Maths, Commerce or Finance (you must have completed courses in maths or statistics as part of your studies, and should not have failed any courses)
• Strong analytical skills
• 2+ years work experience (time spent doing a post-grad thesis for a Masters or PHD would count as well)
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets (the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, vlookups etc. is essential)
• Demonstrated interest in the world of tech
• Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
• You’re currently located in Cape Town

The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:

• Project management certification such as APMG or Prince 2
• Experience as a super user on a CRM such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot
• Experience setting up dashboards and reports
• Exposure to an outbound tool like Salesloft, Outreach or similar
• Previous experience in Fintech, Edtech, SaaS, or Marketplace startups
