Job Objectives

Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Build trust and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.

Sales and Service:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities proactively.
• Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to customers.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within your assigned market segment.
• Analyse customer data to gain insights into purchasing behaviour and preferences.
• Track trends and monitor current sales to ensure growth in current customer base

Business Development:

• Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives to increase customer acquisition, retention, and spend.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and partners

Qualifications

Essential

• Matric - National Senior Certificate NQF 4

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualification in marketing or relevant trade or industry related certification or relevant courses - (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Experience

Essential

• Previous sales representative experience is required

Desirable

• Pharmaceutical field knowledge is advantageous
